What does Afrissance do?
Afrissance is a Pan-African change management and organisational transformation consultancy. We help organisations design and execute strategies, develop their leadership and people capability, deliver complex projects, and build the organisational health needed to sustain performance over time. We work across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Ghana, and our reach extends to organisations across the African continent.
What is Prosci, and why does it matter?
Prosci is the world’s leading research-based change management methodology. It gives organisations the frameworks, tools, and language to manage the human side of change effectively, which is where most transformations succeed or fail. Afrissance is the sole Prosci Primary Affiliate for all of West Africa, meaning we are the authorised partner for delivering Prosci certification and advisory services across the region.
Who do you work with?
We work with a wide range of organisations and individuals. On the consulting side, our clients include established corporations, growing businesses, financial institutions, government agencies, energy sector organisations, and regional development bodies. We also work with individual professionals who want to build their expertise in change management, project management, or leadership through our certification and training programmes. Do you offer both consulting and training?
Yes. Our work spans consulting engagements across strategy, change management, project delivery, and organisational health, as well as certification and non-certification training through Afrissance Academy. Many of our clients engage us for both, building their internal capability while we support active transformation programmes alongside them.
Where are you based?
Our primary operations are in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. We also operate in the United Kingdom and Ghana, and we regularly deliver programmes and engagements across all six geopolitical zones of Nigeria and in other African markets.
